Since 2017, she has scaled the company from a two-owner firm operating with contracted specialists to a 20+ person software development and R&D firm. Her leadership is informed by cross-functional experience dating back to 1998.

A SAFe-certified Scrum Master, he ensures teams stay aligned, efficient, and consistently deliver.
