We lead efforts to create data interoperability between the VA, Department of Defense, and external entities using standards such as NIEM, FHIR, WADO, and CDA. Our efforts support veterans obtaining their benefits and healthcare.<\/span> A private company needed help creating a digital board to replace community \u201ccork\u201d boards found in coffee shops, community centers, colleges, etc. Using DevSecOps standards and primarily open source technologies, P&A produced the desired MVP within the timeline and budget desired by the client. This MVP led to the production of an entirely new product which was developed, deployed and released to the AWS Commercial Cloud.<\/span> We delivered DevSecOps services on VHIE Direct Secure Messaging Agile Development and Sustainment contracts. We aided in maturing Agile DevSecOps using the SAFe framework. P&A worked on the Direct Secure Messaging system that allows secure communication between veterans and VA personnel, providing secure access to medical information.
